    No. You can receive unlimited orders for a fixed monthly price.

  • Are there any fax fees?

    Fax Fee $0.10 per order, only for orders received by fax.

  • Are there any extra fees for POS Integration?

    Yes. There is an additional fee for the setup and monthly service if you use POS integration, because it requires more time to setup and support. Contact sales@menudrive.com for more details.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Do you offer training and support?

    Not only does MenuDrive have one of the best support teams in the industry, but we also offer the Pit Crew. Think of them as personal online ordering coaches here to help you achieve your goals!

  • Can I can cancel at anytime?

    Yes. We don’t lock you into a contract, so you can suspend, cancel, or reactivate your Monthly plan at anytime. Annual plan is non-refundable.

  • Can I change my plan later on?

    Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

  • Do you offer any discount plans?
